Dr. Joshua Kruse Co-Owner | Chiropractor | Movement-Focused Provider Dr. Joshua Kruse is a Co-Owner of FreeMVMT and a key part of the vision behind what we do: helping people move better, feel better, and get back to living without being limited by pain. With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Kruse brings a root-cause approach to care. He doesn’t believe in chasing symptoms or offering quick fixes. Instead, he looks at how the body is moving, where it is compensating, and what needs to change to restore better function.
At FreeMVMT, his work is centered around one simple idea: When the body moves the way it was designed to move, everything changes. Dr. Kruse combines clinical experience, chiropractic care, movement assessment, and a deep understanding of how the body communicates and adapts. Whether working with athletes, active adults, or people who simply want to feel like themselves again, his goal is always the same: improve function, reduce limitation, and help people take ownership of their movement.
As Co-Owner, Dr. Kruse helped build FreeMVMT around a different standard of care—one that is intentional, individualized, and focused on long-term results. Find the restriction. Restore the movement. Build a body that performs.

M.S. Kinesiology
Functional Movement Training, Kinetisense, Shockwave Therapy
As one of the founders of FreeMVMT, I am driven by a simple belief: the body is designed to move—and when it moves well, everything else improves.
My approach is rooted in Kinesiology and focused on identifying the true source of dysfunction rather than chasing symptoms. By combining advanced technology like Kinetisense with hands-on techniques and performance-based training, I help clients restore movement, reduce pain, and unlock their full physical potential.
We’ve built FreeMVMT to be different from traditional models of care. Instead of temporary fixes, my focus is on long-term results—using tools such as Omni Wave therapy, adhesion relief techniques, and biomechanical reorganization to create lasting change in how the body functions.
Whether working with athletes or individuals simply looking to move and feel better, my goal is the same: to provide a clear, results-driven path back to efficient, pain-free movement.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about the treatment—it’s about helping people take back control of their bodies and live without limitation.
